Hi Dear, many people say that age plays a vital role in EB2. The USA does not need people over 50, considering that they will be retired soon and will not pay taxes to the Govt for a longer time. As soon as they retire, they will become the liability of the US government to spend thousands of dollars on them in their old age. How come if a person spends 50 years of age in another country and then lands in the USA to become a liability..... Need your comments, please? Hello Atty.Jim!what about my case ...I applied citizenship last 2022 of July and denied...(that was one yr.after i got my ROC) with no history of travel abroad.They issued me ROc instead of greencard maybe because of my 3-5 yr rule,at that time Im 5yrs.in the US married to a US citizen with our 4yrs old son....Now,I'd like to reapply for naturilazation, do I need to reapply or just used the previous application(denied)?

That’s what they called my U.S. Passport Renewal Delay as well “Administrative Process”. Delayed my passport renewal, two officers visited my home, had to surrender fingerprints for faster resolution but the entire bullshit process took an entire year. I blame it on the online crap system for the passport renewal and they in turn blamed my photograph where I was wear some cosmetic makeup (LGBT but my photo was decent and not Drag Queen) Nothing helped, I even asked for sssistance from Congressman Brad Sherman. In the end, they released my passport renewal after exactly one year on the date of my expiration saved by the bell. Congressman Sherman told me his hands were tied to do any expedited help inside the State Department because the fraud unit was called “Administrative Process”. Anyway, everything is OK Now but next time I’ll just do the traditional mailing route.

Any one in immigration cases must be very thankful that there case is in progress and there is a chance to Stay in this great country.
